Specifications
Uniboard® TFL Decorative Panels are produced using cutting edge technology that thermally fuses melamine saturated paper to either a Particleboard or Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) core. The resulting fully bonded Decorative Panel is durable, flexible, scratch and stain resistant, with vibrant and long lasting color quality.
Guide to Maintaining Uniboard® TFL:
With regular maintenance, keeping your Uniboard® panels looking polished and new is easy. Following production, panels can be cleaned with the help of paint thinner, or solvents used for varnish or contact glue. It is important to never use acidic or abrasive products, as they may damage the panel finish. The panels should not be exposed to any clamps or assembly methods. Uniboard® TFL panels should be glued and assembled using mounting dowels or screwed with plated finish.
Fire Resistance:
All Uniboard® products conform with ASTM E-84, Class C or III, CAN/ULC-S102-10.
Sustainability:
Uniboard® strives to uphold environmental sustainability by meeting and exceeding voluntary industry standards. All Uniboard® mills and facilities are ECC™ certified by the Composite Panel Association, and all Uniboard® facilities are FSC® certified by the Rainforest Alliance.
