PRISM TFL

ARAUCO offers the most comprehensive selection of composite panels including medium density fiberboard (MDF), particleboard (PB) and high density fiberboard (HDF), premium plywood, millwork, lumber and wood pulp. It also offers an extensive line of thermally fused laminate designs.

PRISM TFL 

PRISM TFL is a line of thermally fused laminate designs that have real character with a designer-friendly focus. It features authentic textures and realistic woodgrains, along with rich solids and neutrals.

Why PRISM TFL?

  • Available in a variety of distinct textures to enhance design selection.
  • Complementary edgebanding, HPL, 3DL, wrapping and moulding products available.
  • Sustainably sourced FSC® certified.
  • Uses TSCA VI compliant cores of MDF, HDF and PB.

Trupan MDF 

Trupan MDF offers over 35 products in North America; from locally produced high density panels to Radiata Pine ultralight MDF, there is sure to be a panel to fit the needs of any project. Trupan MDF is available in a variety of specialty grades such as VESTA, a panel formulated using low-emitting technologies.

Why Trupan MDF?

  • 100% recycled/recovered wood content.
  • Available in Trupan Standard MDF, Trupan Plus MDF and Trupan High Plus MDF.
  • Available raw or TFL finished with your choice of design from the PRISM collection.

Duraflake PB

Manufactured out of Albany, Oregon and predominately with Douglas Fir, a material known for strength and stability, Duraflake PB is renowned for its specialty grade offerings. Each panel is engineered to perform in a host of applications such as, cabinets, countertops, shelving, store fixtures, office furniture and door components.

Why Duraflake PB?

  • 100% recycled and/or recovered wood content.
  • Available in VESTA low emitting (ULEF) technology and Fire-Rated.
  • ECC™ certified for emissions, potentially contributing to LEED® points.
  • Available raw or TFL finished with your choice of design from the PRISM collection.

Ultra PB

Manufactured out of Grayling, Michigan, Ultra PB is prized for superior face and machinability characteristics that are critical for surface applications. Predominately made with softwood, Ultra PB is a high-performance panel with exceptional smoothness.

  • Available in VESTA low emitting (ULEF) technology.
