Upper Canada Partners with Aristech to Educate the A&D Community at Buffcon 2017

Partnering with Aristech, Upper Canada Forest Products was delighted to participate in the sold-out show: BUFFCON 2017. The Buffcon trade show gives Architects and Interior Designers local to the Buffalo area, a chance to check out the newest trends, in an intimate and architecturally unique location. As exhibitors, we welcomed students with curious minds ready to learn all about the Avonite product features and the Studio Collection. Architects were inquisitive about the product performance and the interior designers saw creative solutions to their projects with the elegance of the back-lit Studio Collection line up and the flexibility of the Avonite Solid Surface products.

Buffalo’s Riverworks is a massive waterfront complex, designed to house skating, hockey, curling and concerts, with great views of the river boats and bars and dining options. Riverworks is the newest premier waterfront destination, with its 60,000-square foot main building converted for open and creative events like Buffcon. The perfect location for Architects, Interior Designers and an array of suppliers to the industry to share the latest in trends and fashion.

A portion of this year’s ticket sales (which were a sell-out) was directed towards local IIDA NY programs and events, advocacy for the interior design profession, and community outreach via volunteering and donating to Child & Family Services.
